Refunds processed through the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking)
COD Orders
Bank details will be required to process the refund
We Cover Shipping
In case of defective or wrong product delivery, Hembram Global Ventures will cover return shipping costs.
Customer Responsibility
For other return reasons, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
